Principles and Values
Our guiding principles are the respect for all human life, dignity, and diversity. We offer support to people who are excluded from their full bounty of rights and organizations that work on their behalf. Our values are:
- - Respect for others. We believe in the total inclusion of individuals from all races, political, or religious views, economic and educational background. All human beings have dignity and should be included equally in all politics, plans, programs, and projects that take place in their communities.
- - Solidarity. We express our solidarity with the challenges that the most vulnerable people and communities face. We work to contribute to the empowerment, organization, and development of communities through projects with governmental and nongovernmental assistance.
- - Equity. We understand equity as the equality of rights. That is why our motto is "Inclusion without borders for humanity".
- - Responsibility. We take responsibility in our work and in the management of our internal and external resources. Our resources are inviolable and are used exclusively to achieve the objectives and goals of our programs.
